Core Concepts of HR Project Management

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, HR participants will be able to:

  1. Leverage HR Delivery in project management to increase productivity, improve communications and cut development costs.
  2. Improve HR Strategic Contribution to constantly achieve the Five Project Success Factors using the discipline of project management.
  3. Systematically apply the proven techniques of project management to define, plan and control a project enhancing HR Personal Credibility.
  4. Create a project plan using standard project management techniques applied to HR projects.
  5. Use the HR project plan to manage both internal and external teams, customers, management and project sponsors.
  6. In using HR Technology & Methodology, we will improve the relationship between the science of project management and the art of leadership.

Course Facts (2-Day)

  • 2 Days of Training (Thursday – Friday)
  • 8:00am breakfast, 8:30am – 5:00pm Course Hours
  • Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack will be provided daily
  • Hotel (course location) will be emailed 4 weeks prior to start date
  • All hotels have airport shuttle service
  • All course materials will be provided on day 1 of training
